Answer:	Just to clarify - the Dyson V7 Trigger has a charging "cord" included in the box. The Wall Mount (which holds the charging cord) does not come with it. Not only that, but the rumor was that there is no wall mount available. Huh? One of their most convenient accessories is not available? For a Hand-Held device? Nonsense! So, I contacted Dyson directly. While they initially said there is no wall mount for their Dyson V7 Trigger, I convinced them to check further than their literature. I even gave them part # #967741-01 that Ben had helpfully furnished (see his answer on 12/15/17). They looked into it and after double checking with their "people", they agreed it was compatible and shipped it right out to me. I received the wall mount yesterday, slipped the cord into it and . . . it fit perfectly! I have several Dyson products and couldn't believe that Dyson would not have such a convenient accessory available. That's why I pressed the issue. I'm glad I did and I'm happy to pass along the good news to those of you who are considering purchasing the V7 Trigger. Please note: I purchased the Dyson V7 Trigger directly from Dyson because after working with me to finally determine that there was a compatible wall mount available, they offered me a discount on the vaccuum.

Answer:	The "only thing" preventing me buying the V11 is the absolutely puzzling decision by Dyson to ship this thing with a single battery and make replacing a battery a 10 minute operation involving hand tools and three screws. What battery powered tool does not have a quick change battery pack in 2019? Answer.....Dyson! So, even if you're willing to buy a second or third battery, it would be unusable That means you're stuck with 10 or 15 minutes of use on anything but hardwood floors or tile. And that makes this thing an overpowered DustBuster for small spills, not a tool to replace a corded vacuum.

Answer:	My V11 stopped working today, zero power and lights don't turn on when it is plugged in. I was told they will be sending me a replacement batter in 7-10 business days for free as it is under the 1 year warranty. I was told that certain serial numbers had "bad batteries" and mine was on the list. Worked fantastic up until today. So long as the new battery does the trick for my machine, I will continue to be a very happy V11 owner. I will update once I have the new battery.

Answer:	Yes. It's in a factors sealed box all the items inside that come with it. I have not open the box

Answer:	The power cord connects the vacuum to the electrical plug which charges the vacuum when it is not in use. I keep the vacuum plugged in so that it is ready to use whenever I need it. Just disconnect it from the plug and use it.
Question:	What is the difference between the mattress tool and the small motorized attachment that comes with the V6 Absolute
Answer:	This is the first question I have ever answered on Amazon, though I am a very loyal customer. There is a difference. I have an Absolute and just got a Mattress. The Mattress was about $180 directly from Dyson because I was already a Dyson customer. I was told by Dyson, and it appears to be the case, that both motor heads are of identical functions, but that Dyson strongly discourages using attachments made for one model on any other model. What I quickly discovered is that the diameter of the connecting tube on the Mattress motor head was slightly larger at one point than the connecting tube of the Absolute motor head. In particular, the salesman told me not to use the stick from the Absolute on the Mattress, because it would create a loose connection after a period of time. Based on my observation and the conversation I had with the salesman, I deduced that the Absolute accessories may well fit into the Mattress and maybe even work for a while, but probably not vice versa, and that at the price of these things, it was not worth experimenting, especially at the risk of voiding the warranty. I find this outrageous given the expensive nature of thee products and the very short running time. It works for me because I have 3 long haired cats, and it takes me 20 minutes per floor to clean up cat fur and about the same to finish vacuuming the floors. I also chided the salesman about the inability to use buy multiple batteries and quickly interchange them -as in every other battery operated tool I have ever purchased. He told me batteries are available for about $70, but switching them requires unscrewing one and screwing another in. He also told me that their engineers "were working" on a better solution. I have scoliosis, and the V6 concept is incredibly easier on my back, but I think it outrageous that they didn't start with interchangeable batteries for something so expensive and with such a short running time. I may be wrong, and since I was unwilling to experiment under the circumstances, I would love to be corrected if anyone ever has the courage to actually experiment.

Answer:	When you tap the button to empty the vacuum you will see an area with an indentation that tells you to "slide to access filter". You slide it forward and lift it out. At the opposite end of the mesh screen, you will see an orange ring (the filter) with a wire handle. It pulls right out. The filter is paper so we vacuum it off with another hand held vacuum. You could probably wipe it down or gently brush it with a soft brush. Would not get it wet! Your vacuum comes with the filter. Do not know if it would be available from Shark separately or not so would use caution when cleaning.

Answer:	It will destroy the paper filter if used for wet
Question:	How stable is this when charging? Clearance
Answer:	Once placed in the charger, it remains reasonably stable as long as the surface it sits on is stable. However, the slightest bump or brush will very easily tip it over and out of the charger. It sits upright in the charger at a slight forward angle. The end sits at about 18 inches retracted, and about 22 inches extended.
Question:	Does it have replacement filters
Answer:	Joan - You can buy replacement filters - before you do, make sure which filter came with your unit. The Manual says the filter is the VF110 FC with agitator. My unit came with the VF110 which is what the newer ones seem to be shipping with. You can recognize the VF110 because the filter is all cloth - no plastic to make it hard to clean and no agitator. Once you determine which filter you have you can order the filter. I ordered the 5 pack through Amazon for $34.95. Each filter will have a long life - most of the time you can clean the filter with a very soft brush and all the debris falls right off. Filter can also be washed - so if you have the extra filter you can use that while the other dries out. Hope this helps - let me know.
Question:	Does the battery come off
Answer:	I opened up the unit I had for 5 years -- which still works fine. The battery can be easily removed once opened (remove 6 screws) though you need to be careful as it's a live battery. Problem is finding a replacement battery, unless you want to solderin new batteries to create a new pack. I would hate to throw this in a landfill because I cannot find a battery pack.
