| Answer: | I assume you mean 4/0 wire. According to the chart that I looked at 4/0, 90 deg C will handle 260 A. So to get 1800 A capability would require several 4/0 cables in parallel. I used my battery terminals for a car so I have no idea of the current rating of these terminals but they are solid and plenty good enough for a car. To find their rating I would consult the manufacturer. |

It can be used on the highway when a snow storm in blowing. I have lived in Northern Virginia and in Maryland and have used this Rain-X product and am very pleased with its performance. I think the price in quite reasionable. I always start looking for it May when winter products do on sale and have found it priced in the neighborhood if $40.00. I hope this helps. |
