Answer:	When I've used the synthetic detailer, I've really used it in black vehicles that I've detailed. When comparing it to the V7 there really isn't much of a difference. The synthetic feels like it keeps the surface slick longer. It seems to remove residual off the surface easier. I haven't used it on the door sills, just on the exterior. The V7 cleans wheels better. I really don't think you gmcan go wrong with either. I've used the v7 for about 5 years and started using the synthetic in the last 6 month.

Answer:	No. And not good for cleaning either. But if the bike is already relatively clean, it will give it a shiny luster. I use it on everything painted and chromed.

Answer:	the quick detailer mist and wipe is more for an every day or every several days wipe down of your car; if you do it daily, you will not have to wash your car in most cases; the Ultimate quick detailer (black bottle) can be used once or twice a month and puts a wax like finish on your car and keeps it cleaner between wipes or washes; I have found out that I do not have to use the quick detailer as much if I use the ultimate detailer (black bottle)...hope that helps---both are great products!

How to prepare the vehicle’s paint before waxing

A few tips when applying the Ultimate Liquid Wax

• One of the biggest mistakes people make when applying a wax is that they apply it too heavily. This only prolongs drying time, makes the liquid wax more difficult to remove and causes you to use more product than necessary. Always spread the wax as thin and evenly as possible.

Answer:	Last Touch makes an excellent lubricant for claying. Always wash the car first as you normally would and start with a "clean and dry" surface. Follow up with the clay and then your favorite paint protectant wax or polish. I have used it numerous times just for that application. Spray Last Touch liberally on to the paint surface and lightly rub the paint surface with the clay bar making sure you keep turning the clay as it pulls impurities out of the paint.

Answer:	I have a 3M invisible bra on my car and it takes quite a bit of abuse; I buff it out, polish it, use speed shine, etc. without any damage. If you have a different brand of clear bra, I don't know how durable it would be.
Question:	Speed Shine vs Meguiar's Ultimate Quick Detailer - which is best
Answer:	I have to say the Meguiars is just a little better for the product's intended purpose (light cleaning). Speed Shine is a good product and worthwhile to use. It smells better than Meg UQD and probably goes on a little bit slicker, but in the end, I have found (after 3 months of testing on several vehicles) that the Megs product produces a cleaner panel and a little more of a shine. If Megs UQD is 100, then the Speed Shine is a 97 or 98. Megs UQD followed by Megs Synthetic X-Wax (or probably the Ultimate Quik Wax) will produce a VERY shiny vehicle, even if your paint is less than perfect. Supposedly the Griots BOSS Detailer competes with the Syn. X-Wax very well, but I haven't used the BOSS product.

Answer:	The tank size doesn't fit common silverware. You need at lease iSonic model P4820, P4821. If your silverware has tarnish, then you'll have to use an ultrasonic silver tarnish remover as a solution. Water or regular solution will not remove tarnish. iSonic ultrasonic silver tarnish remover #CSST01 is available on Amazon.
Question:	Is this fine to use to clean off bird droppings
Answer:	The tank is about 5" and the basket might be around 3-4". I have just used it to clean logic boards, nothing big.

Answer:	Ceramic usually likes a clean surface, free of any wax. If it has been awhile since you used the mirror glaze it'll probably be ok. If you want to be sure all wax is off the surface before putting ceramic on use a detergent like Dawn to wash car.
Question:	Will this leave white streaks on black plastic trim and rubber
Answer:	This isn’t supposed to be used on plastic trim or rubber. It’s a wax. For tires I use Chemical guys tire shine, and for plastic trim I recommend 3o3 arrow space.
Question:	will this work ok to remove scratches or swirl marks
Answer:	It has a light cleaning ability to remove very fine scratches and swirls but if defect removal is the most important function needed you may want to look to a dedicated cleaner/compound like our Ultimate Compound. Answer:	On our large orbital unit we use the soft terry-type bonnets, and on our smaller unit we use a more aggressive pad. It depends on the condition of the vehicle's paint.

Application for optimum results

Meguiar's recommends that the paint be properly prepared prior to application of M66 Mirror Glaze Quick Detailer.

1. Wash and dry the vehicle thoroughly to remove all loose contaminants.

2. If the paint feels rough to the touch following a proper wash, then a clay bar should be used to remove these bonded contaminants. Doing so will make the wax application easier and allow the wax to last longer.

3. Light swirl marks and other minor defects can be addressed by M66 depending on the application process.

4. M66 Mirror Glaze Quick Detailer can now be applied by hand, DA polisher or rotary polisher.

5. When applying by DA or rotary polisher, tool speed selection and pad choice can impact overall defect removal. Higher speed and a more aggressive pad can increase defect removal, while lower speed and a less aggressive pad are recommended for light defects.

• Hand application; add a small amount of wax onto a foam applicator pad and apply to the paint in overlapping motions
• DA polisher application; affix a foam disc to the tool, add a small amount of wax onto the disc, set tool speed to approx. 3500 OPM and apply the wax to the paint in a crosshatch pattern.
• Rotary polisher application; affix a foam pad to the tool, add a small amount of wax onto the paint, set tool speed to approx. 1000-1200 rpm and begin spreading the wax. Keep the pad as flat to the paint as possible to avoid creating rotary swirls.
• Pad selection will impact defect removal; a polishing pad will give more defect removal than a finishing pad.
• Apply additional car wax to the pad as needed until all painted surfaces are covered.
• Allow the product to dry to a light haze, about 10-15 minutes depending on temperature and humidity.
• Remove with a quality microfiber towel.

When washing as a drying aid

1. After vehicle has been rinsed and still dripping wet, mist each panel, glass and plastics.
2. Use a clean Adam’s Great White Drying Towel to dry vehicle completely.

With Adam's Clay Bar

1. On a clean vehicle, spray a fine mist onto one panel at a time, including glass.
2. Stretch Adam’s Visco Clay Bar to fit over Geoimpression Tool or use by hand.
3. Using light-to-moderate pressure, rub clay over surface until surface feels smooth.
4. Periodically fold clay to a new, clean surface once thoroughly contaminated. Repeat for all exterior panels and glass.

Question:	Would this work on a wrapped car
Answer:	Yes it will I have a wrap as well
Question:	Can this be applied over a traditional carnauba wax
Answer:	You can , but it is made to work with the MEGUIARS ceramic spray wax and ceramic liquid wax that is applied prior to using the ceramic detailer. If you just need a touch up spray, which is exactly what the detailer line is, then I would recommend using the Meguiars Gold Class Liquid detailer. That would work better with the carnauba wax.
Question:	How long is this stuff suppose to last over regular wax and sealants
Answer:	This really should be viewed as maintenance product although it does offer some protection. Putting a number on any protection of any product can be highly problematic because of all the variables present. That being said this could likely last a few weeks, but again not designed to take the place of your liquid/paste wax or sealant.
Question:	Can this be used on vehicles already coated with ceramic coating such as ceramic pro, cquartz etc
Answer:	yeah I believe so it shouldn’t hurt the ceramic coating

How to use Meguiar’s Hybrid Ceramic Detailer

• For best results, make sure the paint is cool to the touch and you are working in the shade.
• Shake bottle well.
• Mist ceramic detailing spray onto one section at a time.
• Quickly spread with a clean premium microfiber towel, like Meguiar’s Supreme Shine Microfiber Towel.
• Flip your towel to dry portion and wipe dry.
• Return to the damp portion of your cloth for each initial wipe, repeat this process on each section over the vehicle.
• Monitor your towel. Fold your microfiber into quarters, this will give you 4 sections per side. Then, be sure to flip to a clean portion of your towel as a section begins accumulating dust and dirt so you don’t rub contaminants back into the paint.
• If moderate to heavy cleaning is needed wash your vehicle with a premium pH balanced automotive wash such as Meguiar’s Gold Class Car Wash.
• Never push down too aggressively. If more friction is created, the more likely it is to push contaminants back into the paint and create swirls.
