Put it on, and by the time I've completely covered the panel, it has dried. Then I take it off with a microfiber cloth. I've never used a buffer. Answer:	You can but I would use a soft pad like a Meguiars microfiber pad. However if you want to just protection, use a wax or sealant. For correcting the film this product will work. Also check with the installer if you did not apply the film for proper recommendations.

Answer:	3M Perfect-It Medium Cutting Compound + Wax has more cut with a better finish compared to the 3M Restorer & Wax. The Perfect-It Medium Cutting Compound + Wax also stays wet longer, so you will use less of it than other compounds and one-steps.
Question:	What are the exact directions for using this product
Answer:	Wash very clean whatever you are working on (getcoat). Work in the shade defiantly. Tried in the sun, was tough to get off but came off. If possible use a buffer/polisher for ease. Pretty simple. I applied another gelcoat wax over. It works great on light to mid-medium jobs.

Oxidation of gelcoat surfaces can be assessed by the degree to which the white “chalk” transfers to the fingertip upon touch. Typically, light oxidation has virtually no transfer of the white “chalk” upon touch; whereas medium to moderate oxidation has partial/more substantial (although not heavy) transfer upon touch.

Question:	Can you use a random orbital polisher
Answer:	No sure what you mean by "clean". You would certainly wash the Rv first. If you have oxidation you may need to proceed this product with something like our M49 Oxidation Remover first to restore the finish and then wax. If it is in perfect/new condition all you might need to do is wash and then wax.
Question:	Can this be used on cars? Thanks
Answer:	Absolutely. This is a great was for clear coat, fiberglass and any water craft. I even use it on my RV
Question:	Can this be used on a marble countertop? i watched a youtube video and it was used after 3m rubbing compound to add a high gloss shine
Answer:	I used the product directly on the vinyl hull numbers and did not see any issues with regard to discoloration etc. I would not recommend using a buffer over the number as that can cause issues. Great product as my boat looks so much better with this product.
Question:	Is this the next step after using finesse-It 06039 compound
Answer:	They are made with gelatin, I’m not sure if that’s vegetarian friendly or not?
