Question:	Will this work on the plastic front of my Samsung washer and dryer
Answer:	It was a bust. It didn’t work at all. It was cheap so I didn’t bother to return it, but don’t waste your money.
Question:	How many washes does it last
Answer:	Scratches are pieces of the paint removed, and the metal underneath it damaged. So, no, nothing except sanding the scratch out of the metal and repainting is actually going to remove a scratch. Miniscule surface scratches in the top coat only (called "swirls") can be kept filled in regularly and made to look like they're removed, or buffed out of the top coat with a buffer and some compound, but the bottom line is, nothing is actually going to "remove" scratches. It just minimizes their appearance for awhile. And you wash your car FIRST, not after you put this on!
Question:	Will it keep completley remove the scratch or after a few washes does the scratch reappears and I have to keep using this product
Answer:	No it will not completely remove the scratch. It will temporarily get rid of light scratches. Deeper scratches are less visible. It does restore the shine and yes after several washes you will need to reapply. For the price it is a very good product.

Answer:	I assume you mean an inner diameter of 14 inches. If so, yes, it will work. If you mean that your tire is 14 inches wide, I would use two per tire.

Question:	I have light scratches on my car where the door handle is. Will this help remove them
Answer:	I had the same thing and I definitely noticed an improvement. Even more impressive was it removed an actual scratch; someone walked by my car and left a long scratch on the rear panel. I was able to buff it out. It's not gong to remove deeper scratches but it certainly works on surface scratches.
Question:	Can this be used to remove scratched windshield
Answer:	The car scratch remover is meant to be used on paint I think. Windshield are a much harder material and would need to be professional polished with a buffer, or it may have to be replaced if it is a deep scratch.
Question:	If I tried this on a scratch which is slightly bigger and could be felt on fingernail would it make it worse
Answer:	Do note, that if they are very deep, and you can feel them with your fingernail, it will not be able to correct it 100%. If they are smaller scratches and you do not feel them with your fingernail, this should definitely take care of it!

Answer:	I'm guessing it would depend on how big or deep the area is. The scratches that it took out of my car were scratches in the clear coat and it worked great!

Answer:	The core system shown in the Blue box does not include any touch up paint accessories. However if you have touch up paint and are going to do simple touch ups with a brush it is a nice compliment to that. The delux system shown with Red box is a combination of the core system (blue box) and a custom touch up paint kit. That combination has it all and there is nothing you could possibly buy to do great touch ups from simple ones to more advanced techniques.
Question:	I have dish sponge scratches on a very large area of my black car. Please let me know if this is a resolution or not. Thank you
Answer:	This kit does contain a series of cutting and polishing sponges and compounds. The sponges are too small and aggressive for your purpose but the compounds would certainly take an area down to below the type of scratching you are talking about but it would be a lot of work to do a large area by hand. I think I’d have the whole car professionally wet polished if I were you.
Question:	Silly question, but there's no mention if it comes with paint. Does it come with paint and how does one match the exact color
Answer:	No it does not. Most scratches will disappear without the paint touch up. Really deep scratches all the way to the primer may have to be touched with the touch up color paint that you can get on E-bay or your dealership for about 6$ small bottle with a brush. The code color is on your car on the driver door frame most of the time. But like I said most of the deeper even scratches don not need the paint since these days the manufacturing companies put up to 7 layers of paint and 2 layers of the clear coat.
Question:	Will this product work on both metal and the non metal /flexible parts of quarter panels
Answer:	Hi Charlie, Great question! The answer is yes it will work on flexible parts (bumpers etc)that are the same color as the rest of the body. This means it has base color and clear coat just like the rest of the metal parts of the vehicle.

Answer:	Yes, works well but you must clean up any residue in cracks.
Question:	what is the difference between the rubbing compound and polishing compound
Answer:	Not necessarily. I had a hard time buffing this wax by hand because i had put it on too thick (being inexperienced). Once I was more accustomed to putting on wax thinly, even traditional cream-in-a-tub wax like the Collinite 915 I am currently using was pretty easy on the arms. How thin? Thin enough so that the wax just appears as an oily sheen on the paint surface. Waiting time also matters. Wait just enough till the wax visibly starts to haze all over the waxed section, but not any longer or the wax will get too hard. You'd want to wax and buff a, say, 2x2 or 3x3 ft section at a time to be better able to react to the hazing/drying time of the wax.

Directions:

• Shake well before use
• Wash and dry the car to remove contaminants. For best results, follow with a clay bar application to eliminate any brake dust or metal embedded in the car's clear coat. These particles can impede your efforts to remove scratches & swirls. Search for our TriNova Clay Bar Kit.
• Apply three dime-sized drops of product to the included applicator (or the pad on your orbital polisher) and apply to the surface using an overlapping circular pattern.
• As you work the product into the surface of the paint it will diminish, continue buffing until to product is almost completely gone.
• Wipe with a clean, dry microfiber towel to polish.
