Question:	Can you use a rotary cutter directly on the surface of the table, or will I need to use a mat
Answer:	I don't see a means to secure one to the next which would make it unstable when turning it-my concern would be falling over. This shelf is toddler height and has relatively small footprint and ease of selecting and replacing books. Two other bookshelves were retired by this model-3rd time charm!
Question:	Does the grooves it shows to fold down have a small indent in the table top
Answer:	Don't have it here so can't measure it right now, but as a school librarian, it's big enough to fit several large paperbacks. Large hardbacks are a squeeze. However, don't buy this. It doesn't have bearings on the bottom, and once loaded with books, doesn't turn without a fight.
Question:	How tall is the table? will I be able to stand and cut my fabric and patterns
Answer:	As I recall, the base has a hole in it that lines up with the screws. Use the special tool provided to tighten. It is a bit awkward but I was able to secure it well.
Question:	Are there wheel locks on the wheels so that the table doesn't move around while you are cutting

Question:	Can you use this free standing or does it have to "lean" or set against a wall
Answer:	It would be 51 inches from either side of the desk to the middle end of the desk and it would be 20 inches from the back to the front of the desk. It doesnt have to an L shape also so if you wanted to just keep it long it would be 63 inches. The height of the desk is 28.8 inches. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Depending on how tall you are, like I am 5'11" and I cant have the tray on because my legs hit it and also I cant fit a keyboard on it anyways. But it does depend on the keyboard. I use a Logitech G710+

Answer:	It depends on what you define as a "pinch". You have unscrew to the corner piece then rescrew the end piece back. It's kind of a pain in my opinion. You also can't attach the two long pieces together, but you can set them side by side

Answer:	Yes. 51'' from the end in a straight line to the back side of the middle piece. This same starting on both flat edged end pieces. So imagine a 90 degree angle "L" with two 51'' lines. Hope this helps

Answer:	It has been awhile since I put this together, but I do not remember it being difficult or taking too long.

Answer:	Not sure, but it seems super sturdy. We have books on two of the four shelves. Cork side has a coin collections hanging on it. Hook side has had winter coat and always has clothes hanging on them. Putting a 12 inch potted plant on top with out a second thought, just haven"t got to it yet. Swivel is heavy duty, not something that will bend easily, Would be hard to bend it with tools. The piece itself is extremely heavy. No chance of it being knocked over or tipping over. Two stationary shelves. Two adjustable shelves that could be made stationary. 23 pound dog curled up on bottom shelf, kids found him and were spinning him around...if that is what concerns you. Not recommending dog spinning of course.

Answer:	I know I'm 5 years late on this (mine is being delivered tomorrow), but the most accurate answer to this question comes directly from Prepac's website: Capacity: 1520 CDs, 702 DVDs, 1200 Blu-Ray discs, 416 VHS. There you have it!

Answer:	Yes they are. The (") symbol after the numbers stand for inches.

Answer:	Our base is sitting 7 1/2 inches from the wall, and this gives us about 3 1/2 inches of clearance at the top of the cabinet when swiveled - so you have to allow for about 4 inches from the baseboard to the base of the cabinet for the swivel.
Question:	What is supporting the table when it's angled? Is there a locking mechanism or is there a stick or something there physically supporting it
Answer:	Not much if any. My daughter used it in her dorm room which is very small. I just measured when you turn it and it's about 2-3 inches past base. Hope this helps!

Question:	Does the low shelf fit the computer case
Answer:	This product is poorly made! It is mainly made from extruded foam, does not fit together well therefore does not hold up to weight or use.
Question:	If I want the shelves on the right side, how do I get the diagonal support bar in the back (against the wall
Answer:	It is not assembled. It also did not include directions. Once I figured out what was what, it wasn't too hard. The tricky part was the revolving piece that goes on the bottom. Move that around until the assembly makes sense. Then attach it to the bottom board. Now that it is assembled, I LOVE my rotating bookshelf!
Question:	Could this desk accommodate a clamp on keyboard tray
Answer:	Just to give an idea since DVD cases can be different sizes, I have 7 shelves on each side with anywhere from 17-20 per shelf....so figure it could be up to 560. I can also fit 18 Xbox 360 games per shelf (a little more consistent in size). Hope that helps.
