Question:	sizing S, M, L. is not helpful, can you give sizing in toddler sizes
Answer:	The Corona BP 6250 is right hand biased pruner. When viewed from the handle end one can see the "right hand bias" to handles. It is probably usable by a left handed person but it would not be as comfortable as right handed use. Felco makes true mirror image pruners where Corona does not.
Question:	Why on earth do you say except California
Answer:	Browse "tighten Felco 2" for a range of videos. The technique is the same. My corona 6250 is 'purt near' identical to my Swiss Felco and of very similar quality, durability. I use both professionally as an overly compensated 62 year old 'expert pruner' and where the Swiss Felco appeals to my northern European heritage, the Taiwanese made Corona is an excellent cheaper choice. The 4250 is not 'heavy duty' or perhaps made for smaller, less powerful hands.

Answer:	The spring only holds the shears in the closed position. You squeeze them together and pull the catch away fro the clip. It stays free until you are done and then you squeeze the handles together and pull the catch to the clip to keep it closed.

They used to be drop forged and made 100% in the USA, but they have changed the general operations of the company and make their tools in Mexico. While I have family reasons to have multiple opinions, these are amazing tools that work well.

Answer:	There's a little latch. Very easy to use. Beware as you can see there is a pinch point at the end of handle. Still a great pruner.
