We used a white shirt and pants he already had. I don’t know about the tie. I ordered his from Amazon as well as the patch. There’s a tie pattern and if you could find similar fabric you could cut that down as well. Have fun the one I made turned out great and he still plays with it. I used red satin to line the hood and facing down the front. Good luck |
