If there are 18" Barbies out there, I would assume that they are built like a grown female and not like a girl, thus the bust area wouldn't fit, etc. This pattern is for a 14" doll which is a small version of an American Girl doll like she is her little sister. They are called Welly Wishers if made by the same company as the American Girl dolls. Hope this helps. |
