However, the eyelet (where the cord or thread is held) has an OD (outside diameter) of 5/16-imch, more than double your desired maximum. While that can be squeezed a bit, even if flattened completely and used with a very thin thread inside, it is still 3/16-inch OD (outer diameter), again more than your required maximum. Of course, if you use a substantial cord such as I use (~1/8-inch OD), it adds even more to the total diameter. |
