| Answer: | Pop the rubber piece loose from the middle of the bottom of the case frame, at the function button. Then gently pull the frame apart, top and bottom pieces. This is how I do it. When you put it back together, make sure the frame pops back into place, closed snuggly all the way around. |

| Answer: | They are metal. As far as rust resistant, it is hard to say for sure as I have yet to expose them to water. Other similar grommets that we have do appear to be rust resistant. |
