Answer:	In general, Velcro made for gluing does not always hold good to most fabric. It is sort of hit or miss on fabrics with best result by putting the attached material with the new Velcro in a press for several hours.. I do not recommend a loss of either the fabric or the Velcro. In specific, it is a bad idea to try to use a sewing machine to sew Velcro made for gluing on to anything because the glue from the back of the Velcro begins to accumulate on the machine needle and on the thread as it passes through the sticky layer.. Then, things sort-of come to a stand still. As a last resort, one can hand or manually sew the sticky Velcro to fabric but one has the same problem with accumulating glue on the needle and thread. It becomes a laborious stick mess on both the needle and the thread.

Answer:	No. This is double sided velcro tape, one side has hook and the other fabric. You are probably looking for adhesive on one side of each.

Answer:	no for something like that even the industrial strength only holds up to 10lbs and hurricane force winds can pull or push anywhere from 50lbs and up on a shutter from inside or outside of a structure, i would suggest nailing the shutters shut every half inch, before securing them with the industrial velcro on the inside for added stability

Answer:	No, you do not need to rinse off with water. Bearing steel and water don't mix well and may result in rust. Let the bearing dry naturally for 30 minutes. If you want to speed up the drying, wipe bearings with a lint-free cloth or spray with compressed air. After the bearings are thoroughly dry, lubricate with 2-3 drops of oil per bearing.

Answer:	I think it's 15 feet. It's 1/2 and 1/2, so I'm assuming that the 30 ft. is 15 ft of both.

I might add, the adhesive and Velcro are both very strong, so the glue will notpull off of whatever you have it stuck to, and the two sides of the Velcro will not come apart easily. This is a good product.

Answer:	Personally, I would not recommend machine washing. Some reasons are that lint will collect on the "hooks" and vigorous washing may unravel or fray the "loops". If you must machine wash, wash with the velcro strap in its fastened position and not apart in the delicate cycle, otherwise I would just hand-wash.

It is smoother to the touch than the regular hook 88 you would find on standard VELCRO tape however it is not soft enough for direct skin contact. Also keep in mind the hook and loop are bonded together on one piece so one side has the hook and one side is the loop. There are not two separate pieces. The product is designed to engage itself and be used to bundle cords and cables.

Question:	Can this be sewn to material on both pieces to close up say a cloth bag
Answer:	This cannot be judged. I have used it for 2 months and it still works well. The hook and loop can be disassembled repeatedly. But I don't think the glue on the back can be used repeatedly. The viscosity will be reduced when tearing it off and use again.

Answer:	It does not have adhesive on either side. With Velcro the hook side sticks to the loop side. On this tape, one side is the hook side and the other is the loop side. It is good for holding together cables and things, instead of twist ties or tie wraps. For sewing you probably want something where you have hook pieces, with a bare non-adhesive back and loop pieces, with a non-adhesive back. This stuff might do, but it will be thicker.
