Answer:	Set the manual impact driver turn direction by following the engraved L and R markings on the driver. - Step 1: Push the driver towards the handle until you are able to turn the driver 45° in either direction. Step 2: With the driver pushed in towards the handle, turn the driver toward R for clockwise turn and turn the driver toward L for counterclockwise turn. Release the driver to lock the turn direction in place.

You can “preview” by simply pushing the driver on a hard surface and watch which direction the bit turns, to make sure you are on the right setting before hitting with a hammer.

Answer:	Hi Gail,Left and Right is marked on the tool itself on the silver part below the black piece. To move the tool from right to left you grab a holdd of the black piece, push in and turn right or left. It turns a little hard because there is a little spring in there, but once you get it turned once it moves easier. Very heavy duty tool! Seems to be really good quality.

Answer:	As another respondent stated, I don't recall seeing letters to indicate if you're loosening or tightening, however, once you engage the head of the tool in a screw, you can physically turn it (right if you want to tighten, left if you want to loosen). You can feel the mechanism inside the tool shift if you're going from one to the other. If you're already set to loosen and you turn it left, nothing will happen, but if it's set to loosen and you turn it right (while maintaining pressure on the screw head) you'll feel it switch inside.
Question:	would I need a light and emulsion if I use my cricut to design the images with vinyl
Answer:	It is essential when the screw is on very tight. When I take apart motorcycle crankcases I can't do it without this tool. Also I use it to get the screws on extra tight when I put the crankcases back together. The impact force keeps the screwdriver tip from slipping out of the screw head and keeps it from damaging the head.

Question:	How many times can the the image you created be used
Answer:	From my review on Amazon in 2011: I bought this tool primarily to remove frozen brake rotor screws. On its maiden use, I got the first screw to loosen then on the next, broke the #2 Phillips bit. These bits are 5/16 inch bits which are not common to find, where the 1/4 bits can be bought anywhere. To be fair, the rotor screws actually require a #3 Phillips bit but this set only comes with a #2 and a #4. Since the tool is useless without the bits, they should supply this tool with extra bits (or an option to buy more) with the understanding that bits break especially in this application. At least, give me a #3 bit and keep the #4. I went to Sears and for a couple of bucks, bought a replacement bit which allows the tool to work like it was intended. I removed 4 really stuck rotor screws since, all of which would have been good candidates for drill out otherwise. This saved me a fair amount of extra work. Also, this tool is not intuitively obvious how to operate, and there are no instructions for its use, except for some silly arrows on the tool that says tighten and loosen. The way it works is you have to essentially wind it one direction or the other by turning the bit a quarter turn in the direction you want it to move. To remove a screw, place the bit in the screw, turn the tool all the way counterclockwise as you would to loosen a screw by hand, and when you bang it, it hopefully turns in the direction you expect. It would be better if there was a switch of some sort that made it clear when you picked it up which direction it was going to work in, either to loosen or tighten. First time users will likely have it set to tighten when they are trying to remove a screw which will only make their situation worse. As a bare minimum supply it with instructions. If others are thinking about buying a tool like this for brake rotors, consider getting one with a #3 bit and maybe you might have better luck, or buy a #3 bit in advance. This is a good tool but it doesn't have the right bit for brake rotors. I didn't investigate the screw first which was my error. My take on these tools is that more expensive might buy you more heft but a cheaper tool with the right bit might be a better choice.

Answer:	Yes, it basically does the same thing however, the manual allows you to do one impact and rotation (simultaneously) at a time whereas the Dewalt does several impacts and rotation when you press the button. I used the manual impact driver to remove stuck screws (Philips head) from the inside of a motorcycle oil pan. I wanted the control of one impact at a time so that I didn't strip the heads. Also, I was able to use as much or little impact force as I wanted. I can see where the Dewalt would be better for other applications though. For my use, the manual impact driver worked perfectly - one firm impact loosened each screw.

Answer:	No. Don’t waste your money. As a friend told one time, if you buy junk you’ll always have junk. This is so true of this piece of equipment.
Question:	Speedball transparencies i find on amazon have “inkjet” in the title, but the instructions indicate laser printing is required. any recommendations

Mixing Emulsion

Speedball's Diazo Photo Emulsion is a 2-step process where the photo emulsion needs to be 'activated.' To activate the emulsion, the sensitizer must be added. The sensitizer is a very thick oil and needs water to create the right consistency for adding it to the emulsion. (The bottle is not empty!) The big advantage of Speedball's Diazo Photo Emulsion is no need to work in a light safe environment. Simply working under normal light will keep the emulsion from premature exposure.

Coating the Screen

This is your first task of skillful craft. The fundamental goal of coating a screen is to thoroughly permeate the mesh with the emulsion without overly saturating it and leaving emulsion dripping off. Lay your screen horizontally to dry in a dark place for a minimum of 4 hours. Cupboards, closets, empty drawers, etc. are all great places.

Exposing Your Image

The amount of time it will require to properly expose your image will depend mostly on your light source. Speedball makes this easy by including a lamp and photoflood bulb with the Advanced-All-In One Kit. Suggested times for exposing with the lamp and bulb can be found in the detailed instruction booklet that is included in the kit.

Washing Out Your Stencil

Using a spray nozzle or hose, apply a forceful spray of water to both sides of your screen until all unwanted emulsion is gone and you can easily see your stencil/image. Dab the screen dry with newspaper or towel (Do not rub! The emulsion is still wet), and leave it to dry fully.

Secure the Perimeter

Unwanted ink can sometimes seep under the frame and leach onto your substrate during printing. To help prevent this, tape the perimeter of the frame.

Creating Your Print

Pulling your squeegee is the heart of the craft of screen printing. The speed of your pull, squeegee angle, pressure and 'ink wrangling' are some of the core skill of a good print. Before printing, it is always wise to print some 'test prints' on scrap paper or fabric. This will help you recognize and remedy any issues before legitimate printing. If printing shirts or bags, cut a piece of thick paper, cardboard, or foam board to slide inside the shirt to keep ink from bleeding onto the other side when printing.

Cleaning Up

All Speedball screen printing inks are water-based, and safe to wash down the drain. Soap and water will easily wash up any excess ink. It is natural that some inks may permanently stain the mesh of the screen, but this will not affect print quality at all.

Answer:	Not sure how much it weighs, but would guess about 30 lbs.
Question:	I see the size of the whole stencil, but what is the size of each letter
Answer:	We have only used ours for metal fence posts. It does an excellent job on metal posts. We have a post driver for wooden post that hooks to our tractor. Sorry I can't be of any help. It does show on the add them using it for small wooden posts.
Question:	Does this screen printing kit need to buy emuslion separately
Answer:	It’s garbage. Don’t buy unless your putting posts in sand.

Prepare the design

To prepare the design you want to be printed. You can do this by either drawing your image onto transparency film, or printing the image from a computer onto paper. Note: the pattern needs to be hollow.

Fix the design

To add tape all around the outside edges of the mesh in your screen, on both sides, to seal them. This is to stop leakage.Lay your paper/card/fabric down flat on your work surface, ready for being printed.

Print the design

Add the ink on the screen at the side nearest to you and then use the squeegee to push the ink across the screen, only exerting light pressure and trying to cover the mesh evenly.
