All small amounts of Crayola Paints, including Washable Glitter Paint, can be safely washed down a sink with water. For larger amounts, the paint should be allowed to dry first. Then discard with normal trash.

Answer:	Maybe, if they were going to be indoor only. I would think if the paints are washable, they wouldn't hold up to rain.

Answer:	You can certainly can paint pumpkins with it. My daughter did a couple years ago at day care. However, it's washable so don't keep it outside as the rain will wash away the paint. Also it's not going to be super vivid if you are looking to get technical. For little ones finger painting it's ok.
