Answer:	No. The paints are a thick cream paint maybe even waxy (I would say) because when it comes in contact with the skin is become much smoother. To use it, it’s just a matter of painting I would recommend synthetic brushes that supports the creaminess of the paints. Makeup brushes that are used for liquid based makeups are good for these.

Answer:	It should not be and issue, the kids did several batman masks, and turtle masks, and hello kitty covering about 1/3 of the face, and did not run out of black or green or white. You should have plenty.
