Answer:	On this easel (13212) you would have to slide paper roll (18) over paper roll holder (6) and into holes on top of easel. You do not have to take apart the easel for this. This is at the top of the easel.

They were nice to use from about 5weeks-4 months for my daughter. Then they were too tight. She was a big baby as well. In the 99th percentile.

Answer:	They are white but I don't remember if bright white. I bought these for my grand daughter for her 1st birthday and she has always been a good eater, so the size I bought was a bit small on her. Sorry I couldn't be of any help!
