Answer:	Yes, there are many colors of brown from pale to dark. There are also shades of black, yellow and pinkish colors. I believe it would not be difficult to create the skin color you are looking for.

Answer:	I think they are better than regular color pencils. These are better quality. They give better coverage without having to pile on the color in order to blend. A lot depends on your paper quality. Good luck.

Answer:	the pencils only have numbers on them. i am legally blind and can not see the difference between pencils colors. if the name of the colors were on the pencils i could use my magnifier to read the name instead of numbers . what is the point of the numbers anyway? the color pencils are nice and they are quite strong. i just wish someone could print out a paper that match the numbers with color name.
