Question:	Can I use rockier 4 inch letters with this set
Answer:	It is designed for a Silhouette machine. Cricut is a different manufacturer and different machine. When I look at pictures of replacement blades for the Cricut they look different from my Silhouette blades.
Question:	Can I get individual letters if I mess up one ore two? How much per letter
Answer:	It will cut cotton. I have also been successful cutting acrylic felt but forget about wool felt or other types of fabric. Also be aware that to cut any fabric you have to back it with fairly heavy iron on adhesive. This isn't always ideal for things like applique since it will create a very stiff quilt.
Question:	What does router with perforated base mean? I have a plunge router
Answer:	1 layer, but as many as you can get on your matt. so either a 12x24 or 12x12 square
Question:	Can I use the Bosch Colt palm router with these templates? The description recomends a plunge router
Answer:	I used mine to cut out the letters of my daughters name and then we put the letters on the iron on paper put it on a blanket. The letters were about 6 inches tall. It was something I could have done by hand but it was nice to have the machine cut it out in a cute font. Her name on the blanket turned out really cute, so we ended up doing the same project twice more for my nieces. Other than that I haven't used the fabric blade a ton yet. Answer:	Put the item in the basket and go through to the shipping. Look at estimated delivery date. If you don't like it, you can always delete it from your cart and choose another option.

Answer:	Mine ways shipped in a padded envelope curved like an S. It had a crease in the middle. I am debating on returning or having it replaced.

Answer:	Yes, it will work with the cameo 4. I have used my 24" mats with mine.
Question:	Does it trace at original size with the option of a 50% reduction or are you limited to 50% only
Answer:	You can but it may not work properly. The Cameo mats have a 0.75" border on all sides. If you cut the 12x24 in half, you will be missing part of the border on both of the new mats. One of the ways the machine knows where to cut is because of the equal borders on all sides of the mat. So, you can do it but the machine may not cut properly in all instances.

Answer:	I cannot answer for the PC 7518, but have adjusted to work with the PC 890 Series plunge base. Adjustments included use of the Bosch 1/4-IN rod sleeve guides, purchased 1/4x36-IN steel rod (halved), shape filed rod ends to fit PC 1/4-IN anchor holes, set screws and prepared1/8-IN thick Lexan base plate to fit (rod anchor height need). BTW, no rod adjustments needed with use of 3/16-IN steel rod though stayed with 1/4-IN rod as Bosch edge guide had 1/4-IN rod capacity. Note: As stated by Bosch, comparability not tested. This works well.

Answer:	I bought a 4' length of 3/8" rod from Home Depot and cut it in half, so each of the 2 rods is 24" which works perfectly.

Question:	Can you use the stencils for wood burning
Answer:	I use routers extensively and I would never try to cut wood as soft as balsa with this device. Perhaps a Dremel with a diamond router bit as the Dremel can be slowed down enough to cut a soft wood without shattering it. You might, however, cut lures from a hardwood with no fears of damaging the wood.

Answer:	With the included stencils the approximate maximum height of the routed letter is 3.25". You can also create your own stencils or enlarge the stencils to create a slightly larger height. Please note that the stencils are printed on an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper.
Question:	Has anyone actually tried these letters with the milescraft setup? they'll need to fit for thickness and height. not sure i can just do tape
Answer:	No it does not and my experience is that you won't need a different stylus if you have the stylus height adjusted correctly. You should be able to judge the center/point of the stylus as it passes over the original if you have the various adjustments correct. The bit size is paramount. On fine work start with the a small diameter bit to do the fine work. Then go to a wider bit for larger areas. Caution when changing out bits!... Be sure to keep the depth of the cut identical for both bits. And, it is a good idea to test your cut with a piece of scrap but scrap of the same type of material. Stylus diameter shouldn't matter. If you have trouble seeing where the center of the stylus is you might try putting a dab of paint on the end of the stylus by doint this: Take a piece of paper with a drop of dark paint on it under the stylus and then carefully dip the stylus in the paint to a depth of say 1/32 of an inch. That should make the very bottom of the stylus more clearly visible. Be sure to allow the paint to completely dry before using... and remember the stylus usually doesn't need to touch the original. The only exception is when doing 3D carvings. When doing 3D the paint can first be removed with a little paint thinner. This removes any chance of the paint marking the original

Answer:	This works well on signs and small images. Basically you trace a letter or pattern with stylus it is transferred to router that isounted on jig. It will reproduce 40,50,60 percent of drawing to wood. Uses a plunge type router. Set up takes some practice. I've made several wood signs with it so far that turned out pretty nice.
Question:	Does this come with the brass ring for router
Answer:	Any regular size router will work. the small hand held routers or extra large commercial grade routers will not. The tray that the router sits in is very accommodating and the butterfly nuts tighten clamps along a slot to allow a great amount of flexibility when mounting a router.It would be easier to use a plunge router like Mark Mauldin recommends, but it is not a requirement. Answer:	You can use these for Wood Burning, you would need to be careful with the plastic templates, ensuring that you don't melt the edges. This is not an application that we would recommend, but it can be done.

Answer:	I'm not sure what part you want the dimensions for. The one I have makes 2 1/2" letters. The rack it fits in is about 18". The box it all came in is probably 20"x6". Letters, frames, spacers, ect were all included in the box.
