Answer:	I don't think it's possible to do that - at least I didn't see anywhere with that option. But I had one done with all 5 of my grandkids's names, and they put the names on the necklace in the order I put them on the order form. Hope that helps.

Answer:	It's very sturdy and thick. I would say it will hold up well. You probably wont need a pad because of it's weight but mine is not in a high traffic area and I have not had it long enough to tell. It may look funny in an entry way though because of it's shape.
