Answer:	I gave the "all in one" to several people at Christmas in the past and they really liked them. In looking at the photos, I'd say the Premium provides the fewest things. The Deluxe seems to have a lot more thread than the All in one, but the All in one seems to have more tools. For the $1 more, I went for the All in one, because you only need so much thread at one time, but you might need any of the tools, so it's good it has them.
