Answer:	Actually, to be absolutely clear - the circular extension is 36" and each size 50 needle is about 7 & just short of a quarter inch long so the total length from tip to tip is more like 50.5". Having read your question through twice, I believe it was the length of the needle part you wanted to know. That would be a little over 7 inches. Apparently, if you're asking about the size 19s, the needle length is a little shorter.
