Answer:	Thank you for your attention Regardless of whether you use washer or not, the knob can be used at 500 degrees f. But I hope you pay attention to the high temperature, don't touch the knob directly with your hands. The screws and washers we provide are spare parts. Answer:	Yes, I purchased this item for my dutch oven (though not a Cuisinart), and it works beautifully, although this is a LARGE (2" in diameter) knob; if you have less than a 5 quart dutch oven, you might want to try a smaller knob (unless you don't mind it being honkin' big). FWIW, when you get the knob, it comes with both metal and silicone (?) washers- don't use those- they are for adapting the knob to a glass pan lid. You only need the bolt and the knob for a cast iron dutch oven lid (don't overtighten). So far, ours has been great and a vast improvement over the phenolic knob. I hope that helps!

Answer:	I'm not sure what you mean. This set comes with an app for the iPad. I don't know if it's on Android, as well. If you're asking about apps that work to do something similar as the set, but WITHOUT this Happy Atoms set, my son recommends Beaker, Beaker 2, Chemist and Space. He says those are good apps and at least a couple of them are on Android.

The Physical Atoms

The atom models in the set are made of plastic spheres that connect using magnets: metal tips on the end of rubbery arms (clear for ionic bonds, white for covalent bonds) represent the free electron(s) from that atom, making electrons simpler for kids to quickly visualize. Flat magnet sites on the atoms represent how many electrons that atom can receive. The magnet system provides a clear picture of how bonding works: energy is released to form bonds & energy is required to break bonds. Kids experience the ease of connecting atoms (forming bonds) and the effort of disconnecting atoms (breaking bonds) with the magnetic connectors. The atoms vary in size depending on atomic mass, while the flexibility of the rubbery arms demonstrate that bonds are not rigid. Answer:	It’s 3HP. I think it’s great for spraying insecticide, I use at a low nozzle setting and about 35%~50% throttle and it covers great. I wouldn’t recommend for leaf blowing. It doesn’t move much air when compared to regular Stihl, Echo, and other backpack blowers.

Answer:	This Backpack Sprayer's reinforced plastic tank does not leak and comes assembled with the engine and backpack straps. The only assembly required is the throttle and tube configuration, which depends on your preferences/needs. A quick guide is available in the box or a more visual "How To" on YouTube.

Answer:	I don't know the Italia but this one is very good. The motor starts right up every time and the sprayer works as it should. It has a great range. I sprayed around the house for mosquitoes and it's very effective. I also use it without liquid, just as a leaf blower.
