Answer:	all of them, depending.
Question:	How do you put it on
Answer:	You slightly pull the ends apart but not by expanding the hoop - by more of a curving from the two ends in opposite directions. More like ^ & v not . That's how youtube recommended you open them because it won't dent the curve. Then, you just slip it in the piercing and twist back the ends while the ends are out of the nostril. Then, spin the ends into the nostril so you can't see them. I even pinch them more snug (maybe a little of after all) so it's like a spiral in my nose (but you can't tell that unless you look inside), so that it's smaller looking. You can also wear these as fake nose piercings.
