1. Insert the glue stick from the back of the glue gun.

2. Plug in to preheat for 3-5 minutes.

3. Pulling trigger to use (If the glue stick can't be used up in one time, leave the remaining glue stick in the gun).

CAUTIONS:

1. To avoid get an electric shock during using, do not use in humid environment and keep it away from children.

2. The remaining pressure inside the glue gun will push a little molten glue out of the gun even stop use, so to save your glue, please control release the trigger or cut off the power in advance.

Answer:	You can make the waistband really tight to stay on, but the problem is the ball staying on. The grips that hold the ball come apart extremely easy. I would not recommend this product.

Answer:	I think it would fit up to about 32" waiste. There's not a lot of "give" to it. Not very stretchy.

Answer:	Yes. I would extend the cord to the furthest length. The keeper can practice punting the ball and the return ball with come back bouncing, or the can kick it off the ground and the ball will return lower. The harder you kick it the harder it returns. My children (ages 8, 11, and 13) use it with every aspect of soccer, from kicks and punts to throw-ins and trapping. I have even allowed them to use it in the house with the cord shortened all of the way to reduce the distance the ball is kicked and with added instructions for them get the ball on the ground and not to kick too hard.

Answer:	The nozzle is suppose to get hot. However, it is low temp, and not hot enough for me. Caution: hot glue can be hot and severely burn should you get it on your skin. I'm not really pleased with this glue gun. The charge don't last that long either. I would recommend looking into another one. My opinion only.

Answer:

Yes, it should do though you might have to experiment a bit with how much glue to use. It will matt into the wool so very effective at that end, It sticks well to plastic if you can roughen the surface slightly and maybe use the nozzle of the gun to melt the surface of the plastic a bit. The glue sticks well but can snaps off a very smooth surface with rough handling. Same with the wood, it sticks best to a rough surface
