Answer:	that really preptends on use. however, they reccomend changing products every three months as a rule of thumb for all cosmetics.

Answer:	I purchased this mascara for my 23 old daughter who does not have a sensitivity to any mascara. She loves it. However I can tell you from wearing makeup for the last 42 years, and just retired (back problems-got physically hit by a car while walking) from working at a ophthalmic practice for the last 18 years ,if you need mascara for sensitive eyes you need to purchase a mascara that states it is made for sensitive eyes. This mascara makes no such claim. Buy the way eye doctors hate mascara they say it is the worse thing we can do to our eyes especially if you are a contact lens wearer. I do not use contacts and I still wear it.

Answer:	I have not have that problem either. I agree, there may be some flakes if too much is applied; however, if you make sure to cover all the fibers, it won't have flakes throughout the day. I only had problems with the flakes right after applying; but, I gently brush them off with a beauty sponge that's been damped. Honestly, this product if applied correctly, they wont budge unless they are under like hot water or have been wet for a long time. So, no this product won't give you racoon eyes.

I really didn't think this stuff was going to work as pretty much nothing I have tried has really worked, My eyelashes are almost non-existent, I have to curl them with a lash curler as they are dead straight and I usually have to pile on layers of mascara to get it to look like anything is there at all. I opened the packet and following the instructions, cautiously applied one layer to my lashes and it looked pretty good, lashes were very long and thick and curved beautifully upwards, I wanted to add another coat as my lashes are so thin but thought I had better leave it to see what happened. I went to sleep and when I got up in the morning the lashes still looked great - no flaking, no smudging just perfectly curved and glamorous. I applied another coat and they looked even better, outrageously good actually. I have been working 24/7 on a project with a deadline and haven't touched them for 2 days and they still look like I have just walked out of a beauty salon. I still can't believe or understand how this product works but I am sold.I'm very pleased with this product! I've tried 1 or 2 falsie-type mascaras and have been disappointed in addition to wasting $30.. I like to curl my eyelashes before I apply mascara & the other falsie-type mascaras pull the curl out. I was curious to see what would happen with this product & figured I could try it for $13. I've heard comments on them >1/2 century si when I say THEY caught the attention of an FBI agent - they HAD to both look natural & LOOK amazing as I'm over the hill!! My eyes ARE my best asset -AFTER my smile (UNLESS you know me!) When I reported a MAJOR crime to the FBI agent - it says something that my eyes/lashes WERE commented on before I left - at in HOW I grew such.......! Today, ALL products bought are sold/made to expire, usually w/in a yr - FEW do! When it comes to this category - yes - they 'gel' just like mascara IS made to dry up quickly (MY opinion/life experience, and LOTS OF years to test/prove!) By no means does sell by or expires on mean products AREN'T good or will remain so - it's called "CYA"!! MANY products, remain good OR can be extended by the appropriate measures - which I've gone to lengths to learn! Used daily, few will/could use up all included by the expiration - LOL - I've had the ones I use/LOVE >2yrs - I've yet to come near running out of fibers- BUT BY 'expire date!' Answer:	I don't think it is advertised as waterproof. There is nothing on the box that specifically states it. But I use it as a primer on upper lashes and small coat on lower ones. I have not had any problems. I am very careful to get it as close to lower lashes as possible to resemble liner. I do not have oily skin. I can only speak to my results but I do love the look I get from it.
