Answer:	They are not piercings, they are magnets. Although they could possibly be used as a nose "piercing", I certainly would not recommend it. The small inner magnet that would be inside the nose might readily enter the nose canal. Just installing it on the ear it is very easy to lose. Certainly NOT RECOMMENDED!

Answer:	I imagine that you can...but they are larger than I expected (stick out a bit which works on lobe, may not work on other parts of body) - so they would not fit on the curved part of your ear so well, but on the flat part of the upper ear...although probably not recommended to put inside of your ear since the backing magnet is quiet tiny and could has the potential to get stuck inside the ear.
