Question:	Is each batch different from the others
Answer:	The stretchers are everything the ad says. Yo can stretch lengthwise but I am using the m for width and they have put me back into the shoes I was wearing before I was literally run over by a bus. Once you have the stretcher in and fitted for the width and length you want, there is another piece that slides in to adjust the height of the instep. I have used this piece successfully but mostly I use the little buttons to widen the toe area. You cannot go wrong with this company astounding customer service when one of the stretchers was too weak to hold the position. They replaced the entire set at no cost to me.

Answer:	They are rocks and crystals from the earth. Not sure why they say they are man made. I’ve kept some natural and polished some, all are beautiful and unique.

Answer:	I tried looking up the ones that I couldn't identify by using Google lens searching the internet. But there were still some that I couldn't match up to the cards. I think it's just random not every stone matches to an identity card. At least that's what I concluded.

Answer:	I’m not sure, but I think it’s all the same (crystals will obviously vary in color and size due to the nature of... well, nature😂) but you do get the crystals that are stated in this kit. I was very happy with my purchase. You will have to cleanse them as the package comes with dust and debris from the natural sources. All together though it is a great purchase for what you get.

Answer:	The only completely natural colors of tiger eye are yellow and blue, and not all blue. The other colors, bright blue green red pink etc are all heat treated to get that color. I personally have no issue with heat treating for color enhancement. These stones were created by mother nature under intense heat and pressure to get their natural colors anyhow, we can simply adjust the conditions these days to get exact results. Science is awesome lol
