Question:	The spin cycle stopped working.. any solutions? Tried turning on and off but only timer works
Answer:	Sorry to tell you this but when my spin cycle stopped soon after the washing machine stopped all function except for draining and when I contacted the seller on how can I fix it I recieved no answer and so I trashed it since it was usless.

Answer:	I'm not sure that the previous answer from SuperDealUsa is correct. The left side input will put water into the wash side tub. You can either use that input of just put water in using a hand held shower head. The right side water input puts water into the spin tub. The spraying water when the tub is spinning allows the water to go through the spinning clothes, extracting more soap as it does.

Answer:	I just used mine for the 1st time....Apparently I missed the part about the gravity drain hose that needs to lay flat. I specifically chose this one because it said the inlet hose was also the drainage hose, both located on top. Im disabled and live on the 3rd floor of my house. My washer and dryer are in the basement so thats another set of stairs. I live with my 74 year old Mom but thats just too much to ask. Luckily, this machine fits next to my toilet and I read ALL the instructions 1st, so I just sat with a bucket and let it drain but even the instructions don't match the model.... Get the 6ft drainage hose extension!!!!

Question:	How do u use this no instructions do i need to buy more attachments
Answer:	set the tub up on a table or something up higher than where you're going to drain it. I drain it into my bathtub so I set it up on a small, plastic, storage shelf. Then I put my clothes in the washer side, use my hand-held shower to fill it up, it has an overflow outlet so you can't overflow if you forget your filling it up. I fill it to the second from the top notch on the little filter inside the washer tub. Add low sudsing detergent (dreft) or arm and hammer with oxy but only a couple drops of it, it mixes well. Set to desired time 9 minutes, 15 mins for heavier or dirtier stuff. Wash, drain, fill again to rinse. wash, drain, place in spinner for 5 mins. (if it's just a shir or two, then 2 mins is fine.) take out and hang, dry with a fan or an upright drier with the heater at the bottom of it. If they dry stiff, you didn't rinse well enough or you are using too much soap. This machine cleans so well, you don't really need soap, but I use it for work clothes.
Question:	Is there a pump, for draining the water or is it a gravity thing
Answer:	Gravity and it works without having to raise the machine. I put mine in my bathtub and just lower the hose when it’s time to drain and the water comes out easily. Some people mention needing a platform of some sort to raise the machine but I don’t find that necessary. When I am finished with it I do lift it and shake it to try to get any last water out of the hose before I put it away. Also I put cheap sponges under each leg because it moves when you use it and was scuffing my bathtub. The sponges protect the tub.

Answer:	I put the washer in my standard bathtub, and use my shower head (it's the type with a hose) to fill the machine with water. Also having the machine in the tub, makes draining it easy and yes the machine is light enough to easily take it in and out of the tub, as needed

Answer:	Do you want to know how easy it is to install? It is simple and easy to use and put away. I keep mine in a closet until I need to use it. When using, i put it in the bathtub so it can drain easily. Sometimes alittle water leaks out of the back or bottom so the bathtub keeps water from going everywhere. I love mine. The clothes come out almost dry. Sometimes they seem to come out dry depending on the material. It takes about a min to plug in, put the clothes in, turn on and walk away. So simple.

Answer:	This machine is great. I love it! For a normal load, about seventeen shirts (size small person)... 5 to 6 gallons of water. Maybe 14 shirts for a medium size person... about 10 shirts for a size large person. I hope this answers your question.

Answer:	The 13 lbs drum... holds...13 lbs 'dry' clothes... I googled the question...and I got a list of the 'average weight' of clothes... t-shirts are about 1/2 lb... bath towel... 1.5 lbs... your clothes and bath towels will be different... less is better... don't over load.. the machine is plastic..don't risk overloading it. ..since the 'drum' is 'small'...and only holds about... 5 gallons of water... don't over fill with soap... ....

Answer:	I own the slightly bigger one that runs on 1300rpm for the spinner. I believe this one is around 1100rpm. This is the one I bought my mother and that spinner is just as fast.
Question:	Can this be used in an apartment without washer and drier hookups
Answer:	Yeah you don't need those hookups as long as you can fill it with water and if it just drains by gravity like most of these small machines you just need to be able to make sure your machine is up higher compared to whatever you will be draining your water into but you don't need washer and dryer hookups and it just has a spinner that dries your clothes maybe about 80%, it doesn't have an actual dryer just to tell you but all of these small washing machines seem to wash pretty good actually plus they're pretty compact so they don't take a ton of room and they're really affordable compared to much larger more advanced machines.
Question:	How does spin cycle work do i addwater or have it runnig water or do i just put wet clothes in spin basket no direction for spin cycle
Answer:	Put washed clothes in the spinner. Turn on its timer. After a minute to extract soapy water, turn on rinse water, which flows into spinner, through clothes (rinsing them) and out the drain. After a couple minutes, turn off rinse water. Spinner extracts water until timer shuts it down. Take out clothes and hang on the clothesline.

Answer:	This is to answer the question on how to use. It’s very detailed probably because I’m a teacher and OCS … LOL I have had my washer since Aug 6, 2020 and love it! I place it in my tub with the drain side closest to the tubs drain which for me is a little awkward. Because of the orientation of the tub, the washer faces the wall instead of out toward me, but I work with it. I keep the “fill” hose attached to the washer to prop open both sides so they can more easily dry to prevent mold and mildew. Easiest directions for use or the way I do it. Set up 1) Place in tub drain side of machine toward drain in tub 2) Lay drain hose out so it can drain 3) Plug in extension cord. I use a surge protector type. 4) Plug machine into extension cord. 5) Make sure the drain dial is set to wash or gentle Washing 6) Start running water to get it warm … NOT hot as hot is not recommended 7) Add small load of already separated clothes. 8) Add small (smaller than would be used regular washer) amount of detergent. 9) Add color catcher to prevent ruined clothes from running dye 10) Using a handheld shower head … add warm water until clothes are under water, be sure not to over fill 11) Close lid 12) Set time to desired time, I usually use the entire 15 minutes It will start, stop and restart multiple times turning in the opposite direction each time it restarts. 13) I go do other things 14) Check back and drain dirty water 15) Run water rinsing visible soap suds out 16) Close drain 17) Repeat steps 9, 10 & 11 18) Repeat steps 13 through 16 as many times as you feel is needed 19) After final drain leave it open 20) Move clothes into spinner … be sure not to over fill, it may take more than one load because it is smaller than the washer 21) Try to keep load level 22) Insert disc and push down to settle 23) Close inside and outside lids 24) Set spin timer, I usually use the entire 5 minutes 25) Remove almost dry clothes 26) Hang clothes to finish drying or use a regular dryer Prepare to store 27) If it’s the last load place spinner disc on top of inner lid for storage 28) Hook drain hose onto washer 29) Run the “fill” hose across both washer & spinner chambers 30) Close both outer lids - mostly 31) Unplug and wrap cord onto holder. 32) Unplug surge protector and keep with machine 33) Move washer to wherever storage area Hope this helps … the manufacturer should take these and/or direction written by customers and use them because theirs are awful. 😊 Good Luck

Answer:	I would say yes, buy the hose. It comes with a sturdy plastic “hose” that is about 2’ long and connects to the rear vent. It stays close to the unit and does not move “out/away” like the silver hose would to reach your outside vent. I was very easily able to attach a flexible hose to the unit’s hose and it works great. It also comes with a flat, thin board that is to assist should you want to mount your unit to a wall; works like a spacer as it cannot attach to wall without space due to vent. It works well for me!
Question:	How does the length of drying time affect the monthly electric bill
Answer:	I use this very frequently and I barely notice a difference in my bill monthly, maybe $5 more if that!!!

Answer:	no, I put my clothes directly into the washer.

Answer:	You CAN rinse in the same manner that your regular washer would. You drain it after you wash it, then fill it again with just water, turn it back on to 5 and then drain it again. You might have to do it 2 or 3 times depending on what you're washing and the load size.

Answer:	Any HE detergent will work. You only use a very small amount.
