Answer:	For those interested in this query from over a year ago...I just watched a video on YouTube for this oven and they showed that you can cook a pizza or other items on parchment paper right on the rotating plate for the microwave and convection mode. Answer:	yes, i used the broom handle right away, didn't even bother with the sticks it came with. The broom handle felt sturdier and allowed me to stand upright.
Question:	How many up and down pumps do you have to do to get the laundry clean? I am washing my clothes in a 5 gallon bucket
Answer:	First, i must say that it all depends on how dirty the clothing is. I am a 72 year old woman with no clothing to wash but my own and I rarely get my clothing very dirty except for the occasional spill. I do my wash in a 5 gallon bucket, and I only wash a few (less than 10) pieces at a time so that they can move around in the wash water. Having said that, I have found that my clothes are clean and ready to be rinsed after about 15 to 20 pumps. I then empty the water, wring out the clothes, refill the bucket with rinse water and pump another 10 to 15 times. Then I empty that water, wring and rinse again, but without using the pump again. Then I wring the clothes out and hang them to dry. I really like it and it saves a lot of money!!!

Answer:	I'll give my experience. In my first month of use the shaft pulled apart. The blue T handle attaches to a piece of cast metal which is press-fit onto the first section of aluminum shaft. The aluminum shaft pulled free from the cast metal part on the upstroke. I do not use it too vigorously, and in fact I am disabled primarily due to my weak and damaged heart, so I purposefully do not overexert. In any case it simply pulled free. I used a bead of Shoe Goo inside the metal piece and pressed the shaft back into place where it has been ever since. Buy this, and a tube of Shoe Goo for when you pull it apart. Another bright side: It uses standard broom stick threading so you could always pick up a wooden handle if need be. I *STILL* recommend it over a plunger which I used for years before getting this.

Answer:	"Septic safe" on the box means it won't corrode pipes and concrete (tank). That misses the essential element, will it disturb the ecology of the tank (kill the bacteria that are essential for septic operation). Caustic materials like drain cleaner are very bad for your septic, bleach not so bad probably because of the dilution in the washer. I am relating here the information conveyed to me by my county department of licenses and inspection septic system expert and a licensed septic inspector. So the anlswer depends on the materials used, which are not stated anywhere. 7 months is not sufficient time to evaluate. You don't want to learn after three years that you've poisoned the system and clogged the drainage field, requiring a $8,000 to $10,000 job to replace something that should have lasted 40 years. Here's what's in it according to the safety data sheet supplied by Whirlpool via Home Depot: Polyoxy(methyl-1,2-ethanediyl), a-hydro-w-hydroxy- 1% Sodium Carbonate Peroxyhydrate 50% - 70% Boric Acid 20% - 30% Sodium Carbonate 20% - 30% Tetrasodium EDTA 1% Most of these are found in everyday laundry detergent. Tetrasodium EDTA is a preservative. The long weird name stuff is the joker in the mix, perhaps more research is needed. I'm not sure I will risk using this in my washer, as I try to take good care of my septic system. Time button

This button is used to set the drying time. Each press will increase the time by 20 minutes, letting the dryer run for a maximum of 200 minutes. In the "Intelligent drying"" and "ECO drying" modes, this button is disabled. If you need to change the time while running one of these cycles, first touch the ''Start/Pause" button to pause the dryer, then touch the Time Button to change the time.

Question:	How often is suggested that the product be used? Is it one tbsp for a wash load or is it not to be used for a laundry load
Answer:	I don't recall a specific time period for using the product. As it is just my husband and I, I use it about every three months. I might use it a bit more often in the summer months when it is hot and I do more laundry. There is a small cap inside the screw top lid. I asked at a local appliance store that recommended the product and they said that is an adequate amount.

Question:	Is it non-toxic/eco-friendly
Answer:	I does NOT smell like bleach, however, it does have a very strong, clean smell, almost like an industrial clean. This is fine for me because I want my machine clean. This item has been the #1 product to deal with any kind of smell coming from a front load washer. I would suggest running a rinse cycle after to dilute the scent left behind and get rid of any possible residual cleaning debris. Leave the door open afterward and the smell will dissipate after a few days, the drum will remain smelling clean without any moldy or mildew odor. The product works. Those complaining just don't want to wait a bit to use the machine again or run a rinse cycle after, which is fine, that's their preference. I have used many machine cleaning products, none work like this and the ones with pretty scents leave a film all over the machine and cause more mold to accumulate.
Question:	Does this work on a top load washer
Answer:	I think Tide worked better than any other product for me. I used 4 different kinds of cleaners but Tide seems to keep the smell away and I use it at least once a month and clean the rubber around the front of the washer with vinegar and hot water. I have to say I am disappointed in my front load washer. I was so excited to finally get one and now I will be so excited when I can get rid of it!

Answer:	No. I've washed queen size sheets in it and blankets ok, but a comfortable would be too big .

Answer:	I find it works best with about half of a standard load. For me, that is two pairs of scrubs six individual pieces or a bath towel with three days of socks and underwear or a pair of jeans along with sweats, t-shirts, and a couple of shorts. Hopefully, that gives you an idea.
