| Answer: | Iâm not too sure, but BEWARE! Order this from an appliance store, not from that third party seller on Amazon. I just had a nightmare of a situation. Long story short-I tried to save a few hundred dollars but in the end it wasnât worth it. Oven was damaged beyond repair, AND when GE came for a service call they entered the oven info and it had previously been installed in another home and returned. It was listed as ânewâ on Amazon. It took me over a month to get my money back after countless calls and emails. Donât do it!!! I may buy this oven from Home Depot soon now that I finally have my money back. If you buy it through that third party- 1Stop...., I have no doubt you will be the next owner of that same oven that gets repackaged from home to home. |

They just keep shipping the same broken oven to different homes.
