Answer:	I have chopped up everything possible you could think of......I bought it just to chop up items for stir frys, but, it works for all. My griddle fit perfectly in the bbq where the lip of the griddle was held by the grates. I bought another grill but haven't tried the griddle on there yet. If the griddle is set on the bbq, watch out that it doesn't slip while chopping or cooking.

No other manufacturer had one this large, so this was it. The stay-on and crumb tray would have been nice though.

Answer:	You just hear it click off.
Question:	Does the gas line diameter need to be increased
Answer:	Depends on what you had to start. Ours was originally a 1/2 inch, a 3/4 was needed. We learned that the hard way and ended up having to run new lines throughout.

Answer:	Yes
Question:	Is there any blue light on the knobs like the other model
Answer:	Therre is no blue LED light on the knobs for LRG series, only HRT rangetop, HRG gas range and HRD gas range series have the blue LED light.
