Answer:	-10C is at 13F needs to go CW to 14F, 0C off by 1F needs CW to 32F, BUT 10C is almost spot on at 50F, 20C falls a bit short of 68F. Or if you're European or like metric system the Fahrenheit scale is the wrong one. Looks like art work is not so good and all people on this product team failed elementary grade science!

Answer:	The 6 inch measurement is for the display card it is attached to. This is typical for Amazon descriptions for items of this kind. As stated in other answers, the thermometer itself is 3.5 inches tall

Answer:	The only way to make sure a thermometer is accurate is to calibrate it. This is done by boiling water and using the thermometer to test the water. If the thing reads 121 degrees, it is accurate. If not, then it needs to be calibrated...that is, the dial needs to be rotated in relation to the dial so it reads 212 degrees. From what I see, most dial type oven thermometers are no longer manufactered with a small nut on the back to allow calibration. Find an old one at a yeard sale and you might be able to.

Answer:	You do not have to calibrate this thermometer, and for that matter, it's sealed, so you can't. What temperature are you trying to measure? Any gauge has a sweet spot, or median reading that it's most accurate at, and this one is in the 300-400 degree range. If you are using it for 100 or 600 degrees, it can be off, but should not be off by 200 degrees. To be sure that it's off, make sure you have two other thermometers and measure a temperature of 350 degrees. If still off, you need a replacement. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes. I use mine on a Weber Q1200. Look at pics because there is a Coleman grill that will melt if you use this on it.

Answer:	The outside dimensions are 12x12x12, so the inside dimensions are the same, minus about a 16th of an inch (or a little less, maybe 1/32?) for the thickness of the metal. If you just figure its one cubic foot you're going to be fine. You can find ten inch square bake-ware (muffin tins, cookie sheet, cake pan) on Amazon.com pretty easy. The bake-ware is actually usually on the same page as the oven if you scroll down.

Answer:	I've used it only on a gas stove, either propane or butane. You may need to have a flame right below the oven. If the heat source is too far away, the distance and lack of insulation in the oven may prevent it heating as high as 350 F.

Answer:	I had the same problem, extra racks. They do not sell them. What I did was cut the lower parts of two wire hangers,so you have in your hand two rods the size of the original rack. Now if you want to make it more fancy in a mesh like form,fine. So you put the two rods in the slots and place your pan on top.

Answer:	You just have to get in the oven and look at the igniter that's in there now. If it looks like this, it will most likely work and save you a few hundred dollars but I am no expert -you might want to call your manufacturer to be sure they didn't design your particular unit to self destruct if you don't buy the $200 name brand part lol . There are only 2 types (flat and round). This is the flat style. Round is -well, round (It looks like this one except it is rounded). If your igniter looks like this one, it should work but again, I'm just someone who looked this up on the internet and came to this conclusion. It happened to work for me on a gamble and installing the igniter seemed pretty straight forward -took about 20 minutes start to finish by following the instructions. My oven has been working great for awhile now with this new igniter. Look up pictures of the flat and round styles for comparison. Good luck!

Answer:	My best pizza to date on this oven was a margarita at a 625 temp and on for about 6 or 7 minutes. The higher temps are OK if you only have one topping or so, but I felt I had more control with the lower temp, especially what making a combo pizza. Hope this helps.

Answer:	You are right. The dimensions given are outside packaging dimensions, no the actual products OD. The products OD are 25 3/4w x 14 3/4d x 15"h approx. The stone is 20 x 13. When they say this item can reach 750/800 degrees in 15 minutes they ain't lying. I make perfectly done pizza in 3minutes or less. Read the start up institute tions very carefully as the stone is very fragile and susceptible to cracking from changing temps to fast. A week ago I ordered another one to gift to my brother in Michigan and was put on a waiting list. Good luck

Answer:	With all the energy coming from below the stone and then radiating upwards the difference between the two locations can be as much a 200°. Get a lasar temp guage and learn your oven. Now to solve the problem, get the stone hot ( put on high) then turn down to medium . Put your pizza in directly on stone until bottom is tan/brown. Then put a pizza pan under the pizza upside down to keep the pizza off the hot stone and finish cooking the top of the pizza. It takes a little experimenting to get it right but when you do this oven is better than a wood burning oven. What else would let u go from room temp to 750° in 15 minutes. Enjoy. I do most every night.

Answer:	There isn't the typical 1 long strap. Instead, there are two padded straps so that you can where the bag as a backpack, which has a lot better functionality, then the 1 long strap alone. I would feel comfortable taking out there myself. The only other option would be a completely waterproof bag.

Answer:	Yes, it is the same part except for the plug to connect to your stove. You will cut the two wires on your old igniter a little ways from the plug and splice the two wires coming from this igniter to it with the supplied wire nuts.

Answer:	A quick look at the original Danby oven part, they do look like they can be compatible, but if the plastic clip doesn't fit, you will need to splice the wires and use the ceramic pieces that come with it. My Kenmore oven worked fine for this part as they seem to be somewhat universal.

Answer:	It might, but 1st. Search all the igniters that say works with Kenmore. Remove your old and study the plug side and the element side. Most important is the mounting and screw holes associated with it. My mount screws did not match, so I removed the new element and reused the old mount. I would look for one that has the exact electrical plug. My oven works good now.
