The air fry isn't stellar but the induction is awesome and the convection bakes perfectly! make sure that your pot's and pans work with induction stove (you can test with a magnet) you also have to buy the electric cable separate, but they are pretty cheap like $15. Answer:	I was experiencing the same issue, even called Frigidaire and set up an appointment to see if I received the incorrect grates. After reading your question I took another look at my stove top and realized the grates were put on incorrectly when installed. Take your left grate and put on the right side and your right grate and put it on the left. That should level the grates and solve the problem.
