Answer:	I was experiencing the same issue, even called Frigidaire and set up an appointment to see if I received the incorrect grates. After reading your question I took another look at my stove top and realized the grates were put on incorrectly when installed. Take your left grate and put on the right side and your right grate and put it on the left. That should level the grates and solve the problem.

Question:	Does cord some with the stove
Answer:	No. Also this stove is very nice. However to connect the cord to the stove is basically impossible unless you have the skills and tools to drill through metal take apart the complete back of the stove. I'm very experienced and it took me almost a full day to attach the cord to the connections inside the stove. This is because the punch out for the cord is not located where the connection to the stove wiring his which means you need to drill through different levels of panels and by special wire nuts and all kinds of crazy things just to be able to plug your stove in. I would recommend to every single person to never buy this stove unless you're an electrician with six different size drill bits

Question:	How to seal the bottom or edge under the cook top? Just worried about if there’s overflow during cooking soup or liquid
Answer:	A couple of things you might use are a line of caulk (the kind you roll out), or a thin, stick on strip that will seal the cooktop. But the top sits pretty good right on our granite; I suppose if your counter is flat, it would as well. Just consider that whatever you use, it doesn’t raise up the stovetop too much, as then you will have a space around the edges that will collect all kinds of crud.

Question:	I received the cooktop and the white rings fade in and out. Can you explain, as I now see that the picture does show faded rings
Answer:	My cooktop has the rings. I've only had for exactly 1 week. My rings on the cooktop dose not fade in and out. It cleans up beautifully. I've boiled water in a large pasta pot w colander inside. Used the boost. Excellent! Made omelets, made pasta sauce complete with spattered spots. Cleans up great. No burned carbon on glass. So far I love this cooktop.
