Answer:	I'll begin by saying, I am not an expert. While researching parts I learned that this fan uses a "C frame" motor and "C frame" motors are pretty much all the same. The only thing I found that may be different is the mounting hardware between models or the shaft may be thicker but it comes with a bracket and the fan so that won't matter. As far as the 115v- 60hz it's a standard house current and the L.R.A. is Lock Rotor Amps or Load Run Amps - just the amount of amps it uses. The motor did not fit on my original bracket (thin shaft) but I used the bracket that came with it. It's kind of a one size fits all set up. If it doesn't fit your bracket the one that comes with might work. I had to retrofit (bend) mine to fit, it wasn't a big deal. My freezer is an old Kenmore from the 1990's and it still fit. Freezer and refrigerator parts are all basically the same to a point.

Defrosting is a minor hassle by it's still working fine after 11 months.

Answer:	It's hard to say exactly, I hate to blame it on the transfers from trucks and the package handlers, but that's probably where it happens. Answer:	I have the freezer. Amazon's questions on this particular item don't work correctly as I keep getting questions on the combo unit and not specifically the freezer. The freezer has its own item number, and the refridge/freezer combo has it's own part number. I love the FREEZER, but it was damaged in shipment 3 times! Finally kept the last one even though it was dented on the bottom as I was tired of dealing with shipment damage and the damage didn't show as much as the previous ones.
