Answer:	The manufacturer may be able to answer the specific question better, but I suspect it is not recommended. When I bought this unit, it was installed vertically (my plumber installed everything per manufacturer directions), and even then there was a leak overnight right after it was installed and it caused about $2000 of damage to my apartment and my downstairs neighbor's unit (could have been much worse). I would recommend you search for a different product and save yourself the risk of a flood.

Answer:	It can be washed as often as needed. To wash, simply remove the entire lid, hopper, and filter assembly together. Do not remove the filter, as once removed, it will reset the filter life indicator to the beginning of its cycle.......thus we suggest to only remove the filter when a new filter is to be used.The hopper should be wiped clean with a damp cloth, but do not use soap with filter installed. Answer:	There is an airtight seal that covers the openings on the filter. As long as the seal is in place it will be fine for a long time. Just store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight (a cabinet in your kitchen would work fine probably) and it should be fine for the 12 months or so before you install the last one (6 mo for the first, 6 mo for the second, 3rd one installed at 12 months).

Answer:	Many of the filters will tell you that they are certified to ANSI 42 (if they claim a certification at all). Pretty meaningless if you are looking to remove contaminants because that standard is only for odor/taste, i.e. chlorine. Most of the pollutants still get through the cheap filters. You really want one that is at least certified for ANSI 53 to remove contaminants. Looking this one up on the EveryDrop web site shows its certifications to include ANSI 53.

Answer:	According to the directions no, Two of my floors are not sealed though and I still use it, I try not to use as much water and I move a lot faster to get the little I use up fast but I haven't see any problems

Answer:	Awesome on tile. Cleans grout also unlike the steamers. I was amazed at how much dirt came if the floors that were steam cleaned for 2 years.

There are solutions designed for use cleaning grout and another for wood floors.I like that it leaves the floor so dry that there are no steaks and so clean that you can feel the difference with your bare feet. As I said, I didn't have the previous version, all the technical information I found on different web sites and the last is my personal opinion and observation. I have other brands that called their brands (Shark, Bissell and others) that said they were cleaners or sanitizers and all they did was much around hot, dirty water. The only difference between them and mopping is that they were easier to push around, the water remained hot, and you were not bending over to wring it out. Even the ones that said they dried the floors, did not unless you went over them at least at least three times (it varied, depending on the humidity level). There is nothing worse than pulling up water that is not clean after you have used the machine at least twice. It is discouraging and disgusting. That is why I LOVE this one, it cleans using very little of the 2x solution (a small bottle is included) and then removes the water leaving you with a clean, dry floor without streaks. It is lightweight and I am nor writhing in pain when I finish.
Question:	How it cleaning corners and along baseboards? Does the unit go all the way to the baseboards
Answer:	To answer your question specifically, no, the machine cannot go flush up against the baseboard and into corners because the cleaning brushes are recessed a small distance from the front edge of the machine. There is also a small area on either side of a threshold when moving from one room to another which the machine doesn't clean very well. This happens with a change from one flooring material to another (i.e., vinyl to tile, vinyl to wood, wood to marble). But, overall, these baseboard, corner and threshold areas are small enough that I can use a soft cleaning tool such as a mop or sponge, to my satisfaction. I hope this helps.Judy

Answer:	Yes, and they are incompatible with each other.Amazon has a way to enter your refrigerator model number at the top of the page to insure compatibility.The Ultra II is required starting mid-2015. It has a threaded fitting where it enters its socket. The original Ultra had two stems sticking out with o-rings, plus a third stem as a key.
