This may require you to replace the entire front panel. If you search YouTube there are a number of DIY videos on how to do the panel replacement. I’m sorry but LG’s panel is expensive and this is a far too common problem and IMHO a manufacture’s defect. Good luck! |

| Answer: | Hi, The lever is at 10-11 o-clock on the frig., my problem was snapping the bottom of the cover in place. The two plastic cubes toward the bottom of the cover have a 45 degree cut to allow them to attach to the frig. to make the hinge for the cover. Just try to locate the cover squared up in the right spot and push carefully to snap them in - don't be in a hurry, but it does take some force. Hope this helps, Jim |
