Answer:	The 3031 has 2 15,000 BTU burners and 2 12,000 BTU burners. The 3080 has 1 18,000, 1 15,000 and 2 12,000 BTU burners. The 3031 has a 16,500 infrared broiler where the 3080 has a 13,000 BTU broiler. Those were the main differences I found when looking at both ranges.

Answer:	Agree with Larry Dunn. Made in China does not mean bad quality nowadays but you are taking a chance on less known names. Likewise, there are some not so well made in USA product (nowadays)...Made in USA used to mean something by default. The ginormous Chinese factory is Hyxion, a relative young Chinese company (like so many) have the ambition and capitals to invest in manufacturing technology to compete with big names. Because their products look so similar to Blue Star at less about 1/3 of price and 1/2 of Bertazzoni (36" range top and range hood) that I am about to buy, I did some research on Thor. BTW, Costco.ca sells both Blue Star & Thor Kitchen. Compelling price point indeed with lots of good reviews on Amazon and elsewhere but I am going to go with Bertazzoni simply for its design and name/history (even though it has few and not as good reviews). If I have a really really tight budget, I would give Hyxion / Thor a shot for sure...probably better made, styling and value than similar US big name products at same price points.

Answer:	Hi, the burner turns On & Off alternately. The higher the power setting the longer "On" time. When control knob is set to maximum the burner will be "On" continuously. This is an electric cooktop feature. Thanks.

Answer:	Hi, the maximum current is 6000W/220V = 27 Amp.BTW, the wiring instruction is, For connection to a junction box without the use of a 220V plug:1. Connect the hot wire (L) from the unit to the Black wire in the circuit box (in junction box), and the neutral wire (N) from the unit to the Red wire from the circuit box (in junction box).2. Connect the ground wire (E) from the unit to the white wire from the circuit box (in junction box).3. Fasten the ground wire coming in from the circuit box (in junction box) to the ground lead on the junction box.4. The Hot and Neutral wires from the electric/induction unit are used as both Hot lines and must be connected with the two Hot lines(220V) from the circuit box - the Black and the Red lines.

This premium cook top protector mat is made from soft, super dense, needle-punched polyester felt (3mm thick) - the same material that we use for our ironing board underlay pads; it is not thin craft felt!



This pad can be left on your cook top while the oven is on (up to 500 degrees) and easily rolls up to set aside when you need to use your stove top. The Hot Surface (HS) lights must be off before placing the mat on the top of the stove.



Your mat will be delivered as a rectangular piece in the size of your choosing. Measure the size of your cook top only, do not include the frame of the stove. Since stove tops are not the same size or shape we do not round off the corners. You can easily trim the mat and round off the corners with a pair of household scissors so that your mat will fit perfectly on your cook top. Also note that we will round all fractional measurements to the nearest half or full inch.

Answer:	The front doesn’t even measure 24”, so I don’t know how it’s a 24” oven

Answer:	Push and hold done on the control knob to activate the sparker. After ignition, continue holding the knob down for about 10 seconds to allow the burner to heat. This feature is similar to lighting a pilot light. It protects the gas distribution if there is no flame., aka thermal coupling.

Answer:	My drop in Range does not have a storage drawer. The manual says it is on some models, so it must be the slide in model - JS60.
