Answer:	Nope. I think is normal, it's impossible that if there no any sound when boiling. Otherwise how could you know the kettle is boiling. The blue LED turn off when it finished boiling to let you know about that. In a word, I think the design is quite convenient.

It might not feel like it's there if the wrench you try to use is too big or too small.BTW, We just unjammed our disposal using a 1/4" Allen wrench. It did take some muscle -- my husband had to do it because I could not get it to turn, and it even took him some effort -- but it worked!

Answer:	Be sure the flush button does not get stuck in down position as you flush

Answer:	I believe all was included. We had a plumber install but he did not say anything was missing. Since the float mechanism is different from most US devices I had to play with the part that sits under the flush buttons to get them to the right level to avoid running. They easily screw in or out as needed but was not clear from the directions. Been working great.

Answer:	Yes, I think it is BPA free since there is no odor came with my water after boiling and no water will touch the plastic when heats. Nice taste for my tea.

Answer:	The pot itself is cordless but the portion that heats up the kettle has a cord; you would plug that part into the wall and then the kettle goes on top of that, switch it on and the water heats up. Once done then the kettle itself can be taken anywhere because theres no cord!

Answer:	I wouldn't. it brings the water to a high boil and it stays hot a long time. maybe you could try setting a container of milk in a container you pour the steaming water from the kettle in or just setting the container of milk in the kettle of water
