Answer:	Not sure. I bought for the wheels and I bought a replacement screw assembly to change out the plastic studs that kept popping out. I had some wheels melt so needed this for the wheels which are staying on great with the stainless steel screw assembly.

Answer:	Hmm... I don't believe I have ever seen dishwasher baskets made out of anything but sturdy plastic.I don't know if a restaurant supply store might have something in metal that might suit your needs. That's the only thing which comes to mind. Good luck!

Answer:	This is a really tough question... this dishwasher actually has sensors that automatically adjust the cycle length depending on how dirty the wash water becomes during operation but on average expect about 2 hours or a little more. It also has a cycle for when the dishes are relatively clean called Speed 60 which runs for just 60 minutes. (it's the one I use most with excellent results) If you can find a copy of the instruction manual to look at, pages 24 & 25 have detailed charts showing all the possibilities.

Answer:	Bosch heats water internally to 160 degrees. Most others only heat to 140. That's why dishes dry in Bosch.

Answer:	My racks come off the tracks every time. Also most cups and utensils are wet. The steam does not dry. Also never cleans the ridges on my knives. I have to clean by hand every load. If I leave utensils in overnight, I get rust spots! Mine is just a few years old. My other home has a 20 year old Kitchenaid that cleans 100 times better. I bought this because it got good reviews. The only good thing is that it is quiet
